Before you book
We recommend visiting a few bridal boutiques first. Coming in with a sense of what you do and don't like makes our hour together far more useful — and most brides are surprised by what they end up loving.
What to know
Every gown is made to order by hand in our Santa Monica atelier. Production runs 16 to 20 weeks, with rush availability on select styles.
Begin nine to twelve months before your wedding where you can. Shorter timelines may incur rush fees.
If your wedding is less than ten weeks away, email hello@katherinetash.com before booking so we can confirm what's possible.
We can welcome two guests alongside you.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund of the consultation fee. Cancellations inside 48 hours and missed appointments forfeit the credit.
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All items are made to order and ship within 6 to 8 weeks of original order date.
As all garments are made to order, we do not accept returns. Please review your order carefully and ensure you've selected the right size based on our size chart guidelines, available above.
