Made to order

Every Katherine Tash piece is made to order in our Santa Monica atelier. Nothing is held in stock, and production begins after your order is placed.

• Gowns, minis and sized garments: 12 weeks
• Veils, scarves and accessories: 6 weeks. For orders placed on or after 1 November 2026, accessories are 8 weeks.

These are maximum times, not estimates — if your piece is ready sooner, it ships sooner. An order containing several pieces ships when the last one is finished.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged at checkout: $25 for 6-week items and $50 for 12-week items.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship to international addresses or to United States Armed Forces bases.

Retailers stocking Katherine Tash are served under separate wholesale terms, which do include international delivery.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your piece is on its way. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become active. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of that confirmation, contact us at hello@katherinetash.com with your name and order number.

If we cannot ship on time

If we are unable to ship within the time stated at checkout, we will contact you with a revised date. You may choose to accept the new date or to cancel your order for a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged

Inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello@katherinetash.com within 15 days of delivery with photographs of the whole garment and close-ups of the problem.

Where we confirm a manufacturing defect or an error on our side, we will repair or remake the item at no cost to you, including shipping. See our Refund Policy for full details.
